Tony's Hot Toddy

Great hot toddy recipe. We used dark rum instead of brandy which worked nicely. I would recommend letting it simmer for a few minutes after bringing it to a boil. The spices and lemon flavors shine through more fully. Enjoy Apres Ski or anytime!

Cook Time: 8 min
Serves: 10 servings
·         3 whole cloves
·         cinnamon sticks
·         1 cup brandy
·         3 tablespoons honey
·         2 lemons, wedged
·         8 cups cider
In a large saucepan add all the ingredients. Whisk together and bring to a boil over medium heat. Pour into glasses and serve.
